AdoptAClassroom.org is committed to providing teachers with ways to find community and share their education expertise. That’s why we are introducing our Social Question of the Month post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Respond with your education insights for your chance to win a $1,000 AdoptAClassroom.org donation.
Here’s how it works:
- Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok to see the Social Question of the Month. Questions will be posted around the 15th of each month, from July to September. Questions will also be linked to our monthly teacher newsletter. Sign up for our Teacher Newsletter here.
- Post a response in the comments section answering the question or ask a new question that may be used for future Social Questions of the Month. You can also answer by posting your own photo/video and tagging #AACQuestion or stitching our video on TikTok. Follow us and comment on each channel every month for additional entries. One entry per channel, per month.
- Make sure you have an active classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org. Register or log in today. Have questions? Check out our FAQs or reach out to our Teacher Services team at [email protected].
- You’ll be entered to win! We will reach out to you on social media to confirm your name and AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page. Respond within 72 hours to claim your Prize.
Giveaway Rules
HOW TO ENTER:
Follow AdoptAClassroom.org on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and/or TikTok to see the Social Question of the Month. Questions will be posted around the 15th of each month. Questions will also be linked from our monthly teacher newsletter. Comment on more than one social media channel for better chances! One entry per social media channel, per month. Teachers must also have an active classroom page to win.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the Social Question of the Month Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Social Question of the Month Giveaway will take place in July, August, and September of 2023. The question will be posted to AdoptAClassroom.org’s official social media channels around the 15th of each month. Winners will be drawn around the 30th each following month and AdoptAClassroom.org will reach out to Potential Winners on social media to verify their AdoptAClasssroom.org account information. Entries received before the start date or after the end date each month will not be considered.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be a PreK-12 teacher at an accredited K-12 school and legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
WINNER SELECTION:
A random drawing will be conducted on or about the 30th each following month from all eligible entries received to select a Potential Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential Winners do not need to be present at the time of the Drawing to accept the Prize.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS:
AdoptAClassroom.org will notify Potential Winners by direct messaging the handle that posted the winning comment. If a Potential Winner does not respond by sending a direct message to AdoptAClassroom.org providing their name, email address, and school name within 72 hours of the time the direct message is sent, if a Potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, AdoptAClassroom.org will select an alternate Potential Winner based on a random drawing among all remaining eligible entries received. A Potential Winner is not a verified winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed.
PRIZES:
We will select one Prize winner each month from July to October 2023. Each Prize winner will be awarded one $1,000 donation to their AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page. The Prize consists of only the items listed and AdoptAClassroom.org shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, or taxes arising out of or in connection with Winner’s use of Prize. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution, assignment, or refund of a prize is permitted, except by AdoptAClassroom.org, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value, if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by AdoptAClassroom.org in its sole discretion. Limit one Prize per person.
