Teachers deserve more—more funding, more supplies, and more support. To show our support for teachers this Teacher Appreciation Week, May 8-12, 2023, we’re offering several funding opportunities to educators.
To be eligible for these opportunities, teachers must be registered on AdoptAClassroom.org with an active classroom page.
Teacher Appreciation Week Funding Opportunities
$20,000 Classroom Donation Match

We’re matching donations made to AdoptAClassroom.org classroom pages on May 9 and May 10, 2023. Donations are matched up to $100. The match ends at 5pm CT, or when we meet our goal of matching $20,000 in classroom donations.
We can’t meet our goal of matching $20,000 in donations to teachers without the support of generous donors. When you make a donation during our match, your funds go twice as far.
Donation Match Guidelines
To support as many classrooms as possible:
- If a teacher donates to their own page, the donation is not eligible for a match
- Unique donations will be matched up to a maximum of $100 until we reach our overall goal of $20,000
- If an individual makes 1+ donation(s) to different teachers, all donations will be matched
- If an individual makes 1+ donation(s) to the same teacher, only one donation will be matched
- If a teacher receives 1+ donations from different donors, all donations will be matched
- If a donation is made on any website other than AdoptAClassroom.org, the donation is not eligible for a match

Teachers who update their AdoptAClassroom.org classroom page with the hashtag “#TeachersDeserveMore” are automatically entered for the chance to receive one of 100 $100 classroom donations.

$500 Twitter Chat Giveaways
