We’re celebrating Giving Tuesday by donating 40 $50 AdoptAClassroom.org school supply donations to PreK-12 teachers. These back-to-school donations for teachers will be awarded to AdoptAClassroom.org registered teachers who update their classroom page by Giving Tuesday on November 30, 2021 following our step-by-step instructions below.

#SeasonOfGiving Giveaway: How to Enter for a $50 Classroom Donation
To enter for the chance to receive a $50 classroom donation, create or update your AdoptAClassroom.org classroom page by November 30, 2021. Follow each of our four steps for updating your classroom page to be eligible.
Don’t have a classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org? Register on AdoptAClassroom.org and create a classroom page to be eligible to receive donations for school supplies.
Step 1: Upload a Profile Photo
Upload a profile photo to your AdoptAClassroom.org classroom page. If you’re not sure what photo to use, consider uploading your headshot, a photo of your classroom, your bitmoji, or an image of school supplies.

Step 2: Update or Create Your Classroom Page
Talk about your classroom needs for the 2021/2022 school year in the “Your Teaching Story” section of your classroom page. Explain why you need support from donors this school year, talk about your classroom and students’ needs (without using their names), and mention some of the specific school supplies you’re fundraising for and how they will help you and your students.

Step 3: Include “#SeasonOfGiving” in Your Classroom Page
While updating your page, include the hashtag “#SeasonOfGiving” in the “Why We Need Your Help,” “About My Classroom,” or “What We Need” section of your classroom page so we know you applied for this donation.
Step 4: Set Your Classroom Page to Public
To enter our #SeasonOfGiving Giveaway, you must check the “Make My Page Public” box of your classroom page if it is not already public.
On AdoptAClassroom.org, you have the option to make your classroom page private if you’re not going to ask for donations from the public. If you have a private page you can still apply for our grants and spend donations you receive from our sponsors. However, your page must be public to be eligible for this donation.
The benefit of having a public classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org is that our donors can see your page and make a donation. It’s especially beneficial to you to have a public page on Giving Tuesday as we’re matching donations that donors make to your classroom page.

HOW TO ENTER:
Create or update your public classroom page on AdoptAClassroom.org, upload a profile photo to your classroom page, tell your teaching story in the “Your Teaching Story” section of your classroom page, and include the hashtag “#SeasonOfGiving” in the “Why We Need Your Help,” “About My Classroom” or “What We Need” section of your classroom page. Limit one entry per teacher.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the #SeasonOfGiving Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Giveaway begins on (11/12/2021) at 12 AM CT and ends on (11/30/2021) at 11:59 PM CT. Entries received before the start time or after the end time will not be considered.
Participants must be a PreK-12 teacher at an accredited PreK-12 public, private, or charter school and legal resident of one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
A random drawing will be conducted on or about 12/1/2021 from all eligible entries received to select 40 Potential Winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential Winners do not need to be present at the time of the Drawing to accept the Prize.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNERS:
AdoptAClassroom.org will notify Potential Winners by emailing them at the email address they used to register with on AdoptAClassroom.org. If a Potential Winner declines to accept the Prize, or if a Potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, AdoptAClassroom.org will select an alternate Potential Winner based on a random drawing among all remaining eligible entries received. A Potential Winner is not a verified winner until eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been confirmed.
We will randomly select 40 Prize winners who will each be awarded one $50 donation to their AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page. The Prize consists of only the items listed and AdoptAClassroom.org shall not be responsible for any fees, costs, or taxes arising out of or in connection with Winner’s use of Prize. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution, assignment, or refund of a prize is permitted, except by AdoptAClassroom.org, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value, if a prize is not available for any reason as determined by AdoptAClassroom.org in its sole discretion. Limit one Prize per person.
