$500 Inclusive Classroom Fund Grant: Apply by Nov. 2

If you’re a registered teacher with an AdoptAClassroom.org® Classroom Page, you may be eligible for a $500 Inclusive Classroom Fund Grant.

The application due date is November 2, 2026.

About the Inclusive Classroom Fund:

Classrooms should be a safe and welcoming space for every student. AdoptAClassroom.org’s Inclusive Classroom Fund provides educators with $500 grants for resources to support special education students, English language learners, and students who experience social and/or economic marginalization.

Grant Application Process:

To apply for an Inclusive Classroom Fund Grant, you’ll need to edit and update your AdoptAClassroom.org Classroom Page and copy and paste your unique link/URL into an application for evaluation.

Step-by-step Spotlight Fund classroom page instructions are provided below to help you create a page that:

•

Is personalized and compelling to donors

•

Highlights the need for meaningful instruction related to the fund

•

Describes the positive impact that the grant would make possible for students

Putting time and effort into your classroom page increases your chances of receiving a donation. Even if you’re not selected to receive a Spotlight Fund grant this time, you could receive support from our individual donors, corporate partners or flash funds.

We’ll award at least 50 $500 classroom grants for the Inclusive Classroom Fund.

Eligibility:

Depending on the number of Spotlight Fund grant applications received, AdoptAClassroom.org may screen based on eligibility criteria before grading and/or during selection.

When screening applications, we may prioritize applicants who:

•

Are employed at a school meeting AdoptAClassroom.org’s definition of high-needs, as determined by the percentage of students:

•

Receiving free or reduced-price lunch

•

With Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

•

Who are English-language learners

•

Have never received AdoptAClassroom.org funds, or have received less than $500 in the previous 12 months.

•

Follow the grant application directions.

If you don’t meet the full eligibility criteria but still wish to apply, you may. For each Spotlight Fund grant, we evaluate a small number of applications from educators at schools that don’t qualify as high-needs.
