Since 2014, ACE Cash Express has raised more than $545,000 to help teachers equip their students with the learning tools they need to thrive. To kick off their 10th year teaming up with AdoptAClassroom.org for their Give A Little Campaign, more than 200 ACE locations are coming together to make this their biggest fundraiser for teachers yet.
During the month of May, select ACE locations participate in their annual Give A Little Campaign to raise donations in support of us and our teachers across the country. Last May, ACE adopted 72 classrooms, supporting 1,800 students. This May, 229 ACE locations are taking a stand for education. ACE’s support means more students in ACE communities will start the school year with the school supplies they need.
Here’s How it Works
From May 1-31, ACE employees will encourage their customers to donate to AdoptAClassroom.org at checkout in participating stores. Donations raised will support local teachers in communities with a participating ACE location.
Past donations from ACE have helped teachers purchase much-needed supplies like pencils, notebooks, art materials, books and STEM learning tools.
ACE Supports Local Classrooms in Need
In 2022, 80% of teachers reported students’ families are having a harder time paying for school supplies. As a result, teachers spend on average $750 of their own money each year on school supplies for their students.
ACE is helping to fill the supply gap in their communities.
