We are very excited that Adopt-A-Classroom has been selected to participate in the next round of Members Project voting! This means that we will have a chance to win $200,000 in funding from American Express through Members Project – as long as we get enough votes. The next round of voting starts on Monday, November 29; here’s how it works:
- Anyone can vote – no need to be an American Express card holder.
- Voting only requires a one-time registration which takes 1-2 minutes.
- Voters make one vote during each week of the campaign (there will be 12 weeks total).
- Voters can only vote for 1 charity only per week (not one charity per category).
There are so many more students and teachers that Adopt-A-Classroom could help and if we won the $200,000 in funding, we would use it to improve and expand our program in order to provide resources to more classrooms.
