Jen’s career spans over 20 years of roles in customer advocacy, marketing technology, and service channel operations in higher education and healthcare organizations including the University of Minnesota, Capella University, Children’s Minnesota, and UnitedHealth Group. As AdoptAClassroom.org’s Board Chair, she brings her insatiable curiosity for technology and a drive to use it to find innovative solutions to support educators and students. Jen is the Founder and Principal of Jen Swanson LLC.
The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal is recognizing 51 women, plus one Career Achievement honoree, for their professional achievements and contributions to the Twin Cities community. They represent a broad range of industries, including education, real estate, health care and insurance, and include entrepreneurs at startups and C-level executives at large corporations.
