A Successful Art Walk Event!

We are very appreciative for the support from all the members of the Adopt-A-Classroom community in South Florida who came out to our spring fundraiser event last Saturday evening! Thankfully, the rain held off until 10pm, just as we closed up shop – incredible timing!

If you are ever in the area, especially for the monthly Wynwood / Design District Art Walk (second Saturdays of each month), check out The Awarehouse where our event was held. They have a sizable indoor and outdoor area as well as very impressive audio/visual technology that we came nowhere close to taking advantage of.

Guests raved about the very tasty hors d’oeuvres provided by Teresa Bajandas at tbTaste Catering. Teresa was incredibly generous and donated the food and service for the evening. Also very generous with their time is the team at Supermarket Creative who helped us to put together this wonderful event as part of their Philanthroparty Program.
