Welcome to AdoptAClassroom.org
Giving teachers the tools to educate our children starts with making it easy for members of the community to provide funding and support. Success happens one classroom, and one teacher, at a time.

Educating our youth is such a pleasure. The funds would support not only literacy (reading/writing programs)but also technology. The demands and expectations educators have today, as to where we have to take kids are monsterous, in conjunction with the lack of financial support in our economy (specifically public schools) limits our resources and leaves us without the tools to have whats best for kids. Teachers are getting paid less and are expected to give more. There are many times the we have stretched and bought things for our classrooms with our own money. Sadly, these times are tough and we are unable to do that any longer. I teach at an amazing high achieving school with lots of support from our parents which we are blessed with. However, we still are lacking funds to have the BEST reading materials available so that we can be a systemic school. We take baby steps each to get systemic in all areas but with the lack of monies, it can only happen a grade/or classroom at a time per
