Welcome to AdoptAClassroom.org
Giving teachers the tools to educate our children starts with making it easy for members of the community to provide funding and support. Success happens one classroom, and one teacher, at a time.

95% of my class qualifies for free/reduced lunch. This year my class consists of 18 girls and 8 boys. Most of the students enter my class speaking very limited- to no English. Right now, our school is undergoing major reconstruction due to mold in the basement from flooding. (***Every classroom in our school is being affected by this hardship. The students can not eat in the cafeteria- they are eating in their classrooms. The food is being prepared in a different school and sent over for lunchtime. ) Theres SO many supplies that we go without everyday, and there are ones that we hang onto knowing that we wont be getting any new ones soon. I am asking for a rug for circle area to replace the gross one that has been in this room and in a different room before it came to my room. These cost of these rugs is anywhere from $300-$600 and I certainly cant afford one on my own. With your help maybe we can get a new one. As far as other materials... I would love a big white board with dry erase markers, magnetic letters, etc....Thanks for reading :)
