In 2012-2013, I will teach Language Arts to approximately 100 students in grades 7-12. Over 75% of the students in our school come from low-income households. Many parents struggle to keep their students equipped with basic classroom supplies. Teachers do not receive supplies or funds for supplies. I buy all of my copy paper, art supplies, and extra writing paper and utensils out of pocket.
Any donation, even the smallest, will help. Donations made to my classroom will most likely go toward growing our classroom library and purchasing paper, pencils, notebooks, folders, dry erase markers, construction paper, and art supplies. Thank you for helping!
