This is a contemporary issues class. I am hoping to use the New York Times Upfront magazine to guide discussion and debate, especially as we look at the election this fall. This is a great resource which will guide debate in my classroom. It is packed with latest facts and figures and its online resources are stellar in adding to student understanding. After the May 22nd tornado, my students only use electronic resources and they would love to actually hold a magazine.
