I teach thirty wonderful, motivated students in a Title 1 Project school. We reside in Clinton Township, which is a socially and economically diverse suburb about 15 miles north of Detroit, Michigan. We have worked very hard to be a Michigan Blue Ribbon Exemplary school--the only one in our district, and are very proud of our achievements. However, as with many schools in the great State of Michigan, our district is suffering severe financial debt. I would like a donation to enhance my students literacy through the use of books and/or technology. We simply dont have have the funds to provide additional support to our students in the way of supplemental materials. I would like the means to be able to provide extra classroom books and/or technology in our classroom. Hopefully through your organization, I will be able to do so!
