Our students are faced with many challenges that stem from the decreased funding in our district. A part of this struggle prevents me from providing some basic necessities for our math classes. As we move into 21st century learning, it is critical to provide our students with a diverse, technology-rich learning experience that will build a broad, deep learning experience. This collection of experiences will allow the students from our little school the opportunity to compete in the ever-changing job market. Donations will be used to purchase graphing calculators for the students to use. The use of calculators allows the students to investigate the visual representations of mathematics. These devices are also allowed on test such as: SAT, ACT, AP exams. Calculators in the classroom are still a vital component for students' long term success. Thank you for your support.
