The school where I teach is located in a community which struggles economically. The students are hard working and I like to provide them with an array of musical styles to perform to. If I were to receive a donation, I would use it to purchase some classroom rhythm instruments. This would assist in teaching the students how to recognize and play different types of beats as well as different types of rhythms.
