We are a Magnet school meaning we have students from all over the city. Our computers in the computer lab get used every day all day long with no real breaks. Money in the district is tight and with the new operating systems not much of our software works. New Apple computers and the software that works with them for students to use with English, math, reading and writing would be awesome. Our students come into the computer lab once a week to help add to their class room curriculum. We try to teach all of our students Kindergarten through Fourth grade proper use of the computer and all that encompasses, this includes all of the State Standards and State Testing requirements. Students learn through the programs and activities we do. We try to make learning fun and exciting so they love to come to Computer Lab.
