Students should be immersed in literature that they will enjoy especially your young learners and emergent readers. The children would benefit from books and language arts materials that are age appropriate and that will be fun. Today budgets are slated to the absolute minimum and teachers have been stricken as well. Teachers have always purchased classroom materials each year for their student but it is becoming more of a hardship. This year alone I've spent over $350 on things my students need. With proposed new legislation and increased contributions I financially can't afford to. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
