THe kindergarten wing is a new building with large rooms and a kitchen shared between two classrooms. On the outside we have a covered patio with a large planter. I have personally purchased two picnic tables for an outside classroom but the neighborhood likes to help themselves to our area and the tables have taken a beaten and one is so rikkity that it makes me nervous when the children are using it. We use this area as an outside classroom for most of the year. Painting activities, snack time, science activities and anything messy are the ways we use this area. It would be wonderful to be able to replace that table with a sturdy one.
