I teach in a Title I school, so many of the children are from families who are struggling financially, or whose parents work multiple jobs and dont have the time to help their children with homework. The majority of my students do not have a computer at home, and if so, they do not have internet access. Our classroom has 5 student computers to be shared with 25 students. Donations would be used to help buy school supplies, educational computer software programs, subscriptions to Science and Social Studies newspapers, books for the classroom library, Atlases, reference materials, or maybe even a laptop computer or two so that all the students will be able to access the computers with greater frequency.
