I would love for my students to receive Time for Kids. Therefore, I am asking for a class subscription for 24 students. My students are a Beers Elementary. We have over 70% free and reduced lunch. Thankfully, we are now recognized as a Rewards school. We were able to show marked improvement on our standardized test, the 2012 DC CAS. I attribute my students' remarkable growth last school year to their primary reading of informational text. I am constantly trying new strategies to use to progress students forward. I would love each student in my class this year to have a subscription to a magazine that provides information on current events.
