Brooklyn Scholars Charter School is a public, Title 1 school located in East New York, Brooklyn. Our students are bright and love to explore new art materials to work with. Although we do our best to recycle many things to create art on (such as boxes, packaging, cardboard, lunch trays) and come up with new ways to create materials we don't have (making watercolor from dried up markers, mixing our own paper mache mix from flour, and saving every scrap paper for collage), there are some things that we really need in order to create great works of art!
