I have twenty-nine amazing students in my classroom. There are 7 students with special needs, 3 students that receive remedial reading, 5 students that receive remedial math, one student that has just moved from Pakistan, 6 that receive accelerated math, and 3 that attend a learning enrichment program. Teaching such a diverse group of students can often be a challenge with motivation, and understanding of concepts/skills. I would like to get IPads for the students to enhance their motivation, and really help them to visual the concepts being taught on a level greater than what is occurring at this time. The diversity in schools is only going to continue to grow year to year, and all students could benefit from the use of IPads.
