I am a chemistry teacher who loves to show all students how chemistry impacts their lives. Students are more responsive when they are shown why chemistry is important to understand. I try to find as many everyday items to relate chemistry to. Unfortunately this can become expensive. I am also saving to purchase a projector. Most of the topics covered in chemistry are very difficult to visualize. There are many wonderful websites that illustrate these concepts.
