I teach middle school mathematics through the use of hands-on manipulatives. This interactive instruction keeps students engaged and active in learning mathematical concepts. Additional funding will allow me to replace manipulatives that were destroyed or worn out due to repeated use as well as purchase incentive awards for my students to continually motivate and stimulate their desire to learn.
