I teach 6th, 7th and 8th grade Art education in the 21st century without the use of computers readily available for my students to use. I think in order for our students, our young people to stay a head of the game in life, the way we teach needs to adapt to the new technology. I would love to have a digital art station in my room so that students can learn digital software for art making. It is very difficult to create higher level thinking through the use of the paint program on Windows.
