Your donations will be supporting the children of low income families to ensure they receive the best education that is out there. As spending has been cut drastically in education it is even more important now that these students get assistance from donors like you. These first year high school students will be taking biology in a building that has no running water to the classroom nor enough electrical outlets to use microscopes. These students must be as innovative as possible to conduct experiments and learn about the importance biology plays in the world. In order to be successful the students ask for your donations to learn biology as it was intended through hands on exploration. Your donations will make it possible for students to engage in inquiry based learning. These students can become real scientists as long as they have the supplies. Your donations will go to funding cellular models, plants for genetic research, and 3-D models to explore the changes in the environment. With your funding it would be possible to create a greenhouse in the classroom to explore different agricultural practices. They would also be able to learn basic life skills by adopting a classroom pet.
