Shawn Davis

I teach up to twenty-four third graders of varying academic abilities with in a predominantly African American community in the heart of Los Angeles. Typically one fourth to one third of my students are identified as intellectually gifted. All are hard working and deserving of academic enrichment and an engaging, stimulating environment. With budget cuts continually increasing and my extra personal funds continually decreasing, it is difficult to provide my class with all the necessary materials to implement certain learning experiences. Any help that you can provide in this area would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
