Our nurturing classroom allows our students of all abilities and interests to create meaningful learning experiences that encourage them to actively participate in their own education and achieve their goals. Currently, we are in need of $300 for small group and classroom sets of chapter book series for Literature Circles. With enough books, our students will have options to read meaningfully and work with their peers to build new reading skills and strategies in class and have the opportunity to practice at home. Not only will the new books prepare our students for a life-long love of reading, but they will also support our Third Graders as they prepare for their first experiences with standardized testing.
