Our schools face a great many challenges - lack of funding, lack of personnel, lack of specially trained personnel and so forth. So we take on more but at what expense. Let us not lose focus on our children and the education they are to receive. As a teacher of the gifted, I purchase a lot of items myself for my little ones. Having a desire to enrich my student’s love of the computer and academics entails my purchasing of academic programs and supplies. This is not available at this time thru the school due to budget crunches. But if parents and teachers come together with a common goal: to provide the best educational experience for our children, we will stop short of nothing less than excellence! Thank you in advance for helping us. Marlene F. Marcus, Teacher
