I teach middle school social studies to grades 6, 7, & 8. We have been very fortunate to get some technology in our classrooms over the past year. My students are always excited to use these tools and they really stimulate learning. I would love to have computers in my classroom for students to use for collaborative projects. We do a lot of group projects and use many Web 2.0 tools in our courses. The ability to have the students work on the computers during class time would really enhance the instruction. My students are always interested and excited to use these tools, but I do not have computers available to use during class time.
