The students in my class come from predominately low income families(our school is a Title 1 school). These students need lots of hands on activities and access to technology to help them obtain 21st Century skills. I would like to start a podcasting project this year and am in need of iPod shuffles and/or Nanos as well as microphones. I would also like to try to obtain one or two computers for students to use in the classroom. In addition, I would like to be able to give every child at least 5 books to be their very own throughout the year. The books cost $4-5 each. With 22 children, I would need $440-$550.
