Room 101 works with children who have language based disabilities. Children within the class have diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder or PDD-NOS. By receiving funding our room would be able to purchase new activities and toys that stimulate and engage our kids. We would also be able to use the money towards updating, creating and maintaining individualized communication systems, schedules, and learning activities, all of which are created per child. Your support helps use provide the necessary materials to help our kids learn, as well as gives us more time to spend one on one with them, instead of constantly changing, adapting, and creating resources on a daily basis.
